Presidents of Basenji, this is not an April Fool's gag: Update 1.2 is live for Rogue State Revolution. Let's get straight into this chunky update.

New content
:cityscape: Imports from regional influencers. Click on the US, Russia and China buttons to see your status and pre-requesites to level up your relationship. It is now possible to receive unlimited imports if your relationship is solid enough.
:cityscape: Tier 3 facilities inspectors can now use "Master Accountant" on uncorrupted buildings.

Quality of Life Changes
:cityscape: Disabling sandstorm particle effects is now an option.
:cityscape: Economy feedback arrows calibrated to a more appropriate scale.

Game balance changes
:gear: Prospecting has a nine month timeout.
:gear: Yields of all resource producing builds increased considerably.
:gear: Good demands from city growth significantly reduced.
:gear: Worker cost of non-revenue generating buildings increased.
:gear: Human Factors Intel removed from the game. Don't worry, we'll replace it with something cool later.
:gear: Upgraded highways can now handle twice the traffic pressure.
:gear: Maneating tigers no longer destroy armored units, though we admit it was pretty fun to watch.
:gear: Maneating tigers can be killed by predator drones. And only predator drones.

Bugfixes
:gear: Crashfix: Embassy bilateral relationship edge case crash resolved.
:gear: Can no longer go into negative action points with trade renegotiations.
:gear: Camera shake settings are now saved.
:gear: Holy sites can no longer spawn over villages.
:gear: Playing on Challenging difficulty no longer unlocks the Brutal achievement, and vice versa.
:gear: Free trade agreements no longer prevent export requests from being fulfilled.
:gear: All edicts are now unlockable.
:gear: Strip-mining no longer requires the exploitation perspective.
:gear: Tooltip mismatch of clandestine server banks fixed.
:gear: Long distance photography now increases view distance as well as detection distance.
:gear: Tutorial no longer gets stuck when reviewing the national budget.
:gear: Upgrading border checkpoints no longer improves the international security rating of unrelated buildings.
:gear: Neighbouring country research now always allows research at 30 intelligence and no longer reappears when it shouldn't.
:gear: Cutscene menu was playing the wrong cutscene for "Twelve Years".
:gear: Embassy bilateral relationship action now works fully as intended.

We promised changes to building captures and other unit adjustments with 1.2, but because of the work that has to go into AI adjustments we've elected to bump those back to 1.3 in order for us to focus on getting 1.2 out sooner. Don't worry, more good stuff is coming!

Some of the new text may not yet be localized into languages other than English, but that'll be addressed as soon as possible.

A lot of work went into implementing and testing these, but it pales in comparison to the thoughtful feedback we've been getting from you all. Thank you for helping make Rogue State Revolution even better!
