A brand-new update is live! Peeps, life is better with friends. So, we hope you enjoy our brand-new feature: the NPC friendship. Become friends with Benny, Lydia & Co. Gift your new friends, earn friendship points to increase your friendship level & unlock special rewards. Please note that, since this is the first update related to NPC friendship, more exciting stuff is coming soon.

Of course, we also made some fixes and improvements. Please see the full changelist:

Added:

• Friendship Level & Level-up & Gifting - From now on, you can become friends with the NPCs. Every NPC friendship has its own Friendship level. Earn friendship points so you can increase the level to unlock special rewards. For now, you can earn friendship points by giving gifts to your NPC friends. Be aware that each NPC has favorite gifts and dislikes others. So, you need to find out which gifts your NPC friends prefers. Please note that every gift is giving a different amount of friendship points. True to the quote small gifts keep friendship warm, make sure to gift your NPC friend on every ingame day.

• Journal - Find a new category in your journal and learn all about your NPC friends and your friendship level. You can either open the friends overview directly in the journal or use the brand-new NPC info button in the WOC menu of every character.

• Friendship Side Quest - From now on, you better start your ingame mornings by checking your mailbox in front of your farm house. You wonder why? It might be that you got a letter inviting you to help a friend. For fulfilling these side quests successfully, you will receive friendship points for the NPC friend that is mentioned in the letter. Please note, that these quests are time limited.

• Energy - Get energized! Refill your energy by eating food. Click on the new "Add Energy Button" on the energy bar to open the food selection and choose your prefered energy snack. Please note that added energy won't overstack your max. energy level.

Fixes & Improvements:

• Improved building upgrade screen; the different features of a building are now more clear

• Black pepper now costs coins instead of gourmet coins. Some recipes need this ingredient now a well.
