Added achievements and enemies to go along with it

Changed the contents of the Vessel
Changed the speed at which you can jump out of things like fishing rods

Fixed the direction of the staff roll

VS Teki no robo
Fixed vertical movement of drones
Tweaked enemy life.

Adjusted Footballfish barrage.

Achievements
Collector requirements have been revised.
