Brigand: Oaxaca update for 30 March 2021

I don't know why I'm attaching version numbers to these now. Hunger is now slightly more deadly, however. Here's a complete list of fixes:

SOURCE CODE:
-Made "resistBon" BSL command also now work with 0 (to remove resistance bonuses).

SCRIPTS:
-Hunger is now slightly more deadly in all stories (Badass Mode only).
-Increased Skull Gun projectile radius to the same size as the Tesla Pistol (50), but it still deals less damage.
-Player now has resistance bonuses removed before being abducted by the Polyphonic.
-(PANAMA) Fixed a bug where Master of Shadows didn't work in Rekindled Tunnels.

EDIT: The BRIGAND - FORTRESS challenge map is now slightly more exciting. One extra guard, a lot more attackers.
