update to 7.5.2 Moving Machines and STEEL BUILDS

update to 0.7.5.2. Main features in that update are:

Moving Machines. added whole new section of moving machines. Those will drill or dig tunnels and nicely move along digging path. Old stationary machines are still available in early game. New ones are available when you reach Iron Tools.
