Hi everyone!
The game is quite colourful most of the time. Thats why many players who suffer from different types of colorblindness struggle keeping apart resource, enemy and item colors. This update introduces an experimental post processing system that allows us to color shift the entire screen instead of just parts of the game to partially correct/improve the shading of certain colors. This is just the first iteration of support for people playing the game with colorblindness. The game is quite large, thats why it takes a while to implement different solutions like patterns, shapes and other things apart from colors.
We found a way to add a fallback font for the Chinese (Simplified) charset to the game. Even though there is officially no support for different languages at the moment there are already a lot of people in the community working on community translations by using the publicly available localisation file and we want to make the game more accessible that way.
We want to improve those features further, but we need your help!

The new Water Experiment is here!
This update replaces the Water Experiment with a reworked version that introduces new mechanics and a more visual approach of presenting the actual mechanics of the experiment instead of being fully text-based. A set of different upgrades and the option to reset the experiment at any time brings the experiment closer to the final look and feel of how laboratory experiments are going to be presented in v1.
