Fixes issues and adds new voice lines
- AI accuracy fix (Base game AI accuracy lowered. Makes Scenarios a lot more easier)
- Pain voice lines with context (Shot in the arm = "Ahhh my arm!")
- Stop pain voice lines playing even after severe trauma has been dealt to a unit
- Threat Level and Skill Level fixed for re-spawning units as well as spawn menu units
- Fix custom camo not showing on spawn menu units
