Hotkeys have been implemented for the Overview Panel.
Hotkeys can be set from the Options menu.
Can now reset to default settings from the Options menu.
Load menu now shows additional information, such as date and difficulty, for each save file (some features may not retroactively apply to old files).
Can now delete save files from the Load menu.
Closing the panel for an individual racket now brings you back to the neighborhood that racket belongs to.

Fixed a bug that caused a freeze while calculating conflicts, when a caporegime died on the same turn.
Implemented some backend changes to make debugging easier.
