Added fonts to support all languages that use the Roman/Latin alphabet, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
Updated the timestamp server to use bi-directional JSON messages, which allows external apps to read and write playback information to the player. If you're using Script Player, make sure to update it to version 1.1.1 (or newer) and use the DeoVR settings with matching server IP address and port.
Added code to prevent corrupt save files from setting the IPD to 1.
