Enjoy some OUTRAGEOUS local co-op action with a friend!

With this update comes a new price point of $3 USD. Congrats again to the early adopters that saved such a hefty chunk of change ;)

Notes:
-Added local co-op for two players
-Removed continue feature for survival mode
-Fixed camera shake not 100% returning camera to original position
-Fixed display issues on ultrawide resolutions
