Here's a list of the changes introduced by today's hotfix:

Balance changes

• Removed NG+ inheritance of unique accessories
  

Developer's comment: the girls' unique accessories kept duplicating (Vera's Lucky Coin, for example), so we cleaned up inheritance for those and for the Amulets.

Other fixes

• Fixed a crash in the NG+ questlog caused by Noblesse Oblige
  
• Fixed a crash in the NG+ questlog caused by Fake it till you make it
  
• Fixed the rewards and descriptions of some quests auto-completed in NG+
  
• Fixed a bug that would remove an inherited Armlet from NG+
  

Unfortunately, most of these fixes are not retroactive—they will be applied to new savefiles, but not existing ones.
