Gameplay changes:

Most fighters will no longer fire unless they are facing their target. Actual allowed firing angle varies by fighter and is roughly matched to the fighter's visuals. This affects BOMBER, CYCLOPS, COLOSSUS, GAIA fighter, ARROW, TITAN, GHOST and CARRIER. This puts more emphasis on tactically placing new fighters to distract strong enemy units.

Rotate speeds increased for some fighters (slightly increased for CYCLOPS, increased for BOMBER, greatly increased for TITAN)

CYCLOPS: Firing range increased from 1200 to 1400. Removed the initial delay of 1 second before CYCLOPS laser would activate (that delay is now replaced with the rotation delay until it aligns with its target)

PORTAL: Price increased to 60, while FIREFLY SQUAD was reduced to 40. This fixes unbalanced costs per firefly fighter among the various modules that create Fireflies.
Other changes:

New Research queue separates Turret and Ship XP rewards to their own Artifacts, so it's more clear what reward is coming next.

Various smaller bug fixes and interface improvements.
