Lowered default sound volume
Added VIP display in the stats view
Fixed some remaining squished-dialog issues
Added hover-text to XP bar to explain why it counts down
Fixed persistent sign-in error after server resets
Fixed chat window to not open multiple copies
Chat window now remembers where you last put it
fixed glitch with split chat pane disappearing
fixed Alt-TAB back to app losing input focus

This branch also includes a change that I hope will make the Steam Overlay more cooperative, but it is untested. All this stuff is untested, which is why it's on the developer branch.
