Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

I have made by your requests:

+ Possibility to use your own loaded character with animations and poses
+ Fix of appearing game menu above settings menu
+ Fix of character timeline block size
+ Fix of color button
