Patch: Release Candidate 1 - March 12, 2021

We're almost out of Early Access! Here's the first Release Candidate version.

Added: Controller support
Added: Profile manager with improved backup system
Added: Sound effects
Added: New menu style option
Added: New Hover Blur setting
Fixed: Duplicate icon IDs resulting in errors and broken icons
Fixed: Videos sometimes displaying behind icons
Fixed: Mods not not automatically applying settings until enabled in the Workshop Utility window.

TO-DO:
Windows 7 flickering bug: If you are having this issue, you can go to the Betas branch to revert to an older version without the issue until I can resolve this.
Uknown issue when using "Fences" by Stardock by some users (Please let me know if you have any issues using this software as I am not having able to replicate this issue reported by some users)
More menu improvements (especially on setups less wide)
Finish translating new text
