Removed code that was causing the game to freeze when a player left (hoping this also fixes the enemy's AI).
Increased server capacity to 100 concurrent users.

(Dev's note: There are still existing bugs with the AI, as well as de-syncs still being common. I've found that switching to a region other than US-East does cause more issues, so potentially staying on the default region will help resolve some of these issues. Hoping to have a patch out that addresses by the end of this weekend).

(Helpful tip: When going to pick up a battery, make sure to have it in sight. If you're right next to a battery but cannot see it, you won't be able to pick it up).
