Completely reworked the Mall stage gameplay, with gate system, kill counter and spawning enemies
Reworked the Mall stage level layout
Added new pub block to the Mall stage
Updated camera follow logic for the Mall stage
All game bosses health nerfed 25%
Particle effects are now tied to game world speed, ie affected by slow mo pickups etc
Updated road and sidewalk graphics
