Small update to address several issues:
* Fixed the pause menu not showing in Speedway, and the music not playing.
* Fixed several potential de-syncs in multiplayer.
* Corrected some unintentionally loud ambience on several tracks.
* The results screen is now interactable when playing in 2d mode with a gamepad.
* Fixed an issue that could cause players in 2D mode to become immovable objects in multiplayer.
