Added a skip training functionality. You will get either good or great depending on dragon respect.
Added some different fan mail to the mailbox
Added the new training station art. You can't yet use them but soon.
Stamina cost will now be shown as % cost in battle
Battle will now show when a turn ends with a notification
Damage numbers will now pop up in battle

Bug Fixes
Steam screenshots should be working again.
Frogs that wander in front of buildings/training stations will now properly fade away
Adjusted some riding position errors for all dragons
Dragon running screenshake should now work in zoomed out mode
6AM and 8PM without bloom should now be brighter
Mailbox will now save if it has mail
Enemy dragons will get the new camo saddle buffs now
You can now wake up your dragon by clicking it again
