Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Animals no longer move is fixed (was included in a mini update)
Radio Sound (was included in a mini update)
The navigation is now displayed on the map again
Other small bugs fixed

Firearms construction time shortened

Animals now have heart, lungs, liver, intestines and brain

Update based on known submissions from the Early Access launch

The crafting menu is currently being redesigned.
