I just released DP Version 1.14.0

Update Summary:

News:

• New opacity slider
• Panels can now be locked
• Always on Top function can now be toggled

Updates:

• Panel Options are now located at the top-right corner
• Visual changes to Panel Options and the Popup menu
• Some internal optimizations

As you can see, the Panel Options just got more functions and automatically got larger. That's why I decided to place it at the top-right corner of a Panel. There are also some visual changes like the titles and the radio buttons for the fixes.

As for the internal optimizations:
DP doesn't allow opening multiple Panel-Options anymore.
Instead of creating a Panel-Options instance for each Panel, there is now only one that does the job. This should improve the overall load of DP, let me know if otherwise. The behavior remains the same of course.
