Balance Patch Hotfix 1.2.27 (3/5/2021)

New:

Tutorial quest from Kelch
Augment stones now affect max damage potential (85% to 115%)

Improved:

Changed the tutorial quest chest drop
Adjusted augment stone values
Adjusted skill level rate

Fixed:

Some weird windy plants were fixed
Fixed a few various quest typos and bugs
Quest items are now removed correctly during a certain secret quest
