Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Some balance changes
Tower (GUARD) stays longer on the map
Tower reduced AOE range
Bomb (ADVENTURER) Slightly reduced AOE range
Bomb increased time to explosion
Wisp (CONJURER) No friendly fire

Fixes
flood (WIZARD) now removes inferno fire (ADVENTURER)
added knockback description to help screen
Survival knockback increased on skeletons with few hearts
Survival knockback decreased on skeletons with many hearts
and some other tiny fixes.
