Update Notes for 1.2.4 (macOS only)

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Fixed rendering issues on macOS Big Sur
- Fixed launch crash on older macOS versions

The older macOS build can be found in macos_old branch, in case the newer build doesn't work on older macOS versions. To change the branch for a game:

Right click the game, and select Properties....
Select Betas.
Select the branch from Select the beta you would like to opt into drop-down list.
Close the window. The game should update to reflect the selected branch.
