Alpha 5.53 hotfix

Hello Survivors,
This hotfix should fix server crashes due to loot key spamming.
Included in this patch is rain effect rework which fixes rain showing inside structures, character invulnerability for 10 sec when respawning giving players more time to get away from the infected after respawn, and blocks loading speed when approaching large structures
