- Matching "Server Chimera" motorbike skin.
FIXES
- Major login error has been fixed (INVALID ID).
- Changing in-game mouse sensitivity no longer changes native (desktop) sensitivity.
- Turrets & Jammers aim and shoot more consistently.
- Creature and Health icons now appear on the map at all times..
- Player now respawn aligned with the base exit
- Match HUD fixed for higher screen resolutions
BALANCING CHANGES
Match: We intend to lower the duration of the match, also improve the transversal gameplay from crystal to crystal.- Crystals required to get into the arena reduced from 3 to 2.
- Motorbike no longer has a cooldown.
- Motorbike can now be used for an unlimited amount of time.
Turret: regular projectiles were too inconsistent when shooting at their targets. We wanted to create a consistent and reasonable stream of damage so that the building would be more viable, but not extremely powerful.
- Projectile changed to hitscan.
- Damage reduced.
Jammer: by changing the turret, a jammer + turret building combination would consequently be extremely overpowered if kept the same. Meaning, we had to nerf the Jammer slightly.
- Damage bonus effect has been reduced from 50% to 33%.
Creatures: by making the following changes, we have been considering a way to enhance the creature hunting experience by attempting to decentralise creature hoarding within the crystal driller area. This new balancing forces players outside the crystal areas in order to farm creatures and bioparticles.
- Less creatures spawn within the crystal area. These creatures drop just a few bioparticles (blue orbs)
- More bigger (blue) creatures are scattered around the map. These creatures drop lots of bioparticles (blue orbs)
- Bigger (blue) creatures can now spawn in the arena.
Rognar: many players have argued the point that some of Rognar's attacks are 'inconsistently powerful' leading to frequent frustration in unusual deaths.
- Rognar's direct and projectile damage has been reduced.
Agents: a couple of characters have performed noticeably better than the others, leading to a dissonance within the player: either choose a more-powerful character to win or choose a less-powerful character for some variety in gameplay.
- Elon's grenade (basic attack) direct damage has been nerfed.
- Elon's heal shot has been nerfed.
- Hune's 'lifedrain' skill has been nerfed.
TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS
- Reduced sound resource consumption.
- A few memory leaks have been found and fixed.
Thank you for your continued patience & unwavering support.
Keep those suggestions & bug reports coming!
Nothing is ever perfect.
Good luck, have fun, and stay safe.
