We have been striving to provide better service in line with a constantly changing game environment, so we wanted to bring changes to the current game packages on sale next week, May 27, 2020.

FAQ

• Can I upgrade the package I have purchased?

- Yes, you can! Simply log into your account, then to Shop > Packages, and choose the package you want to upgrade to.
- If you have a Basic Package, you will receive the contents listed under Standard Package if you buy the Standard Package Upgrade bundle. However, if you upgrade to a Deluxe Package from Basic Package, you will not receive contents from both Standard Package and Deluxe Package; you will only receive the contents listed under Deluxe Package Upgrade 1 bundle.

• If I have already purchased Starter's Package, Traveler's Package, or Explorer's Package, is it possible to upgrade to the new packages?

- Yes. If you have bought any kind of previous version of the package before May 27, 2020, you can purchase a new upgrade package (Standard Upgrade Package , Deluxe Upgrade Package) and will get all extra items. All kinds of the previous version are treated as a Basic package.

• If I upgrade the package, do I receive all benefits again?

- As you are only paying the price difference between the two packages, you will only receive the item difference between them. For example, if your previous package contained one Value Pack and the upgraded package contained two Value Packs, you would receive one additional Value Pack with your purchase.
- The difference in packages will be shown on the page before you confirm your purchase, so you can review it before making a decision.

Have you bought a game package recently?

For those of you who have made a recent purchase of a game package or upgrade package, you may be disappointed with the sudden change in game packages.

Therefore, we have prepared a small token of compensation. If you have bought a game package in the period listed below, you will be eligible to receive the compensation.
