Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Hopefully fixed issue with player 2 losing input in split-screen mode (game will now force input back to the user on wave start)
- Fixed more UI issues with split-screen mode
