Fixed a number of bugs, including two that were affecting gameplay in a serious way:

• Sometimes radial menu would stop working, hopefully this will be the last time we have to address this
  
• In rare cases combat AI would stop working, this happened at high level typically, 30+
  

Localization improvements for all languages, but most of the work has been put into German
