This is a quick update, just letting you know we've spoken to Valve and the issue has now been fixed. If you do not get an automatic update to download, try restarting the Steam Client. If it still does not auto-initiate, try verifying the cache. We've now confirmed it is working again. Very sorry for the inconvenience!

As a reminder as well, please make sure you are playing the game on chinese locale for this version, or characters will not appear correctly in-game.
