Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Another UI update to address some bugs, address some UX issues and, it is just better looking.

Also added a new scene. Lattice. If you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you... Literally, not figuratively.
