Added "Stream festival" event - proc date feb+ 2014
Added "Animal Abuse" event - proc date july+ 2013
Fixed bug with "Enrage" sound - sound didn't work before
Subscribers formulas and buffs reworked. Subscriber count raises more naturally. Viewers response to submode and work with subs more actively now.
Work with subs action bug fixed. (Action wasn't available in 1.09 patch)
"Modern technologies" trait nerfed. Now it gives 150 technology points. (Was 200)
A lot of grammar, punctuation, and misprint errors fixed.
Other bugs fixed.
