Thank to NymN stream and watching other streamers play game about streamers we fix the following:
- Viewers now clearly show that they don't like ads.
- Viewers clearly show that they like giveaways.
- Comments renamed to "Reacts&Comments" so now it's more obvious how this setting works.
- Fixed "Get Banned forever" achievement - it was too hard to get banned forever before. Now it's much easier, beware!
- "Make show" action now relies more on "Acting" skill rather than "Emotionality" stat
- Fixed misprints
- Fixed few bugs
