Fixed enemies spawning inside rocks on Hideout mission
Fixed Colt SA getting stuck on drum spin when entering ammo manually
Fixed Train objective being active at start on Money delivery mission
Fixed some buildings missing collisions
Fixed teleport locomotion becoming unresponsive
