I am going through the game myself to make sure all the Steam Achievements pop.
So you can keep an eye on my profile to see that progress, if you see I've got the final achievement, that means I'm near done. Now here is a list of all the upcoming patch fixes AND additions!!
However the game now should be FREE! Grab it! But I suggest awaiting the patch to play it!
-Implemented Steam Achievements.
-Player named net persona now displays in some chats correctly.
-Save option now opens right before the Stealth Task on Day #1
-Night #1 church street repaired.
-Church Priest and daily dialogue is added. (Thanks Mandalore)
-Striker's first FreeFlow chat is fixed.
-Fiona's FreeFlow chat about her icon, has it's second glitched part now added to the initial chat (One of my personal favorites, glad you guys can now see it!)
-The NPC in ZebraTec on Night #1 is fixed. Seeing this scene AND purchasing the cursed rock from ZebraTec allows the "Diavolo Girl" quest on day #3 to be completed.
