Add an option to make the mouse track effect always display
Click the TrayIcon PopupMenu "Preferences" and disable the option "Auto stop track effect when the mouse stops moving"
This option is checked by default, and the mouse track is displayed only when the mouse is moving to prevent occlusion of the cursor and input. You can disable it yourself if you want.
