This is the Onigiri Service Team,

As of May 8th 10:30pm PDT the Steam version of Onigiri has released new patch data for download that will stabilize clients.

This update did not require a server reboot. For those who have logged in before the release of this new patch data, please close your client and launch the game through the steam launcher one more time. Alternatively you can also do a manual update through selecting "properties" in the Onigiri file.
