Just a few little fixes to improve the experience.

You don't have to fly as high in the beginning to start flying forward.
The score on the right hand side should no longer jitter.
There was a little bird...i mean bug... where if you flew through a pipe but then died, you'd get an extra point. No more EXTRA POINTS!
You were able to spam buttons to have the screen fade in/out after you squashed into a pipe. Fixed!
