1.Optimized new portrait interface. After entering into the interface, first click New to set up form, otherwise the right button will be gray and not available.
2.Optimized new officer edit interface.Selecting fit degree changed into forms of selecting officers.
3.Optimized AI of policy in city and legion.
4.Optimized values in game
1）Reduce officer's pay;
2）Reduce the comsumption of recuit and raise;
3）Increase comsumption of city's develop that siege warfare causes;
5.Fixed Rumor function display error, and the BUG that Rumor function causes crash;
6.Fixed the BUG that Abandon alliance causes crash.
7.Fixed other known bugs and interface problems.
