BUG FIXES

- fix possible ghost client spam leading to slow servers

- fix long standing server crash (UUID collision)

- fix some issues with ship weight and private ship storage

IMPROVEMENTS

- remove debugging from read and write file methods resulting in slightly faster saving and loading of saves

NOTES

- servers need to be updated and restarted
