Yes, version 9.9.1 is finally here!
We have added everything from the closed beta test into the early access version for everyone to enjoy.

As it has been a while, of course there have been a lot, and I mean a LOT of changes.

Beta 9.9.1

  • Fixed AI ships that are set to follow the player will now spawn next to the player after a load game.

  • Fixed NPC text balloons not correctly displaying.

  • Fixed cargo crates not correctly despawning.

  • Fixed AI ships object avoiding system.

  • Fixed bounty boards not being interactable.

  • Fixed target ship UI not clearing last selection.

  • Fixed sensor UI creating infinite duplicates of targets.

  • Fixed AI ships not avoiding some stations.

  • Fixed doors not in the correct state when loading a save game or when re entering a sector.

  • Fixed low fps due to infinite loading of ships that don't exist.

  • Fixed some issues with save games.

  • Fixed NPC Libuscha Shipyard are not on holiday anymore.

  • Fixed input settings not displaying the correct key when there is an assignment conflict.

  • Fixed some dialogs displaying translation keys.

  • Fixed auto deselect the fire extinguisher when looting a corpse.

  • Added async data loading to improve loading speed when starting the game.

  • Added new texture for pirate ships.

  • Added a huge amount of story content and missions.

  • Added several new sectors and stations.

  • Added fire and extinguishing mechanics on wrecked ships.

  • Added hacking mechanic on wrecked ships for extra loot/rewards.

  • Added an option to remove bounty missions from the journal.

  • Added rank of job missions to the journal.

  • Improved performance on ships that are on fire.

  • Improved AI ships memory usage.

  • Improved hack UI screen.

  • Improved loading speed even more.

  • Updated the main menu scene.

  • Updated The Quadrant Map UI.

  • Updated the New Game screen.

  • All AI ships now have a template the player can unlock.

  • Quest related cargo crates and containers are now persistent.

  • Interactions with NPC or ship parts can now be done with the mouse.

  • Reworked the AI avoiding system to be more performance friendly.

  • Overall performance optimalisation.

  • Reduced AI cruise missile spam.

  • Savegames sorting on date now and it displays date and time better.

  • Rebalance of systems levels.

  • Rebalanced rewards for several quests

  • The campaign should now be completely playable from start to finish.

  • Destroyed ships will now sometimes leave a wreck that can be boarded.

  • Entering a sector or station will now show a little lore announcement.

  • Reduced the amount of template and part rewards the player gets from bounty missions.
