Stream Avatars update for 17 April 2019

-ADDED ladder blocks (ai might be added later for pathfinding up ladders towards targets)  
-ADDED block type localization  
-ADDED !gear random (will randomize all gear items from every set for the avatar)

-CHANGED exploded pieces are now slightly transparent.  
-CHANGED if a nametag font's color has 0 alpha, it will be disabled and will not collide with other nametags.  
-CHANGED backgrounds will not reload app data after deleting a background  
-CHANGED connected color panel to take up full width of screen  
-CHANGED when selecting tool, option bar always pops up again if it was closed  
-CHANGED when selecting tool quickaccess bar will close  
-CHANGED when opening quickaccess bar, any tool's option bar will close

-FIXED battleroyale abruptly ending (maybe?)  
-FIXED battleroyale ended typo  
-FIXED hug animation bug animation speed / loop bug?  
-FIXED currency ui bug, setting avatar currency to 0 would not work

-FIXED Avatars with 32 width and >100 height will be disabled on version update (broken avatars from previous versions)  
-FIXED Avatars with broken animatinos FPS > 60 will be set to 8.  
-FIXED workshop clearing after downloading item  
-FIXED error with youtube oauth for longer streams (maybe?)
