Implemented a Bug Report window to optimize the communication and resolution of problems, it can be opened anywhere in the game by pressing Ctrl + F1, or from a button on the Pause and Main Menus.
Replaced the arrow on the dialog UI for a Return Key icon to better indicate how to skip dialog text.

Fixed Tier 3 weapon achievement being raised when finishing a secondary mission.
Fixed exception when checking for the unlock weapon achievement on missions that reward no weapons.
Fixed text overflow at option menu tab button "Gameplay" for spanish language
