Fixed a bug with beacon of hope that could not be built anywhere.
Fixed a bug with shuttle when he cannot buy more than 15 units of goods.
Fixed a bug which drones took uranium back from the shuttles.
Fixed a bug where batteries were not charged with efficiency above 10000%
The radius of the highlight of the lower level is corrected (the display did not correspond to the restriction + some bugs were fixed)
Fixed a bug with orbital station where unemployment payment value on interface was not equal with charges and statistics.
