-Fix for some items not properly spawning fro special blocks.
-Fix (again) gem counting with special blocks.
-Fix for player walking ontop of movable blocks on platforms.
-Fix for turrets sometimes facing the wrong way
-Fix for bubble colliding with nothing (actually hud elements which are in a different coordinate system)
