The game has been updated to version 1.05. This version includes:

A tile status window. When you're placing a card and have the inventory open, a small window will appear when you mouse over a card that shows any link boosts, link nulls or item cards that the target tile is effected by. The window also tells you if the card is effected by those things.
Small improvements to the inventory.
