Flak cannons introduce a new category of airship weaponry. Flak cannons work similarly to adjustable cannons but can only be accessed remotely from control stations. They feature full 360 degree rotation and a new collision detection system than dynamically stops obstructed movement rather than requiring a massive hangar hitbox.
The cannons themselves fire a projectile with range matching torpedo pods and heavy cannons. Like most heavy weapons, the flak cannons rely on numbers to mitigate their inaccuracy. The projectiles also have an airburst effect to improve their consistency without requiring pinpoint accuracy.
