Hello everyone! We've just released VRChat 2019.1.4, build number 735. You should restart Steam to get the latest update, and ensure you're not on any beta branches.

This release includes:

Dynamic Bone Limitation system. Use this system to limit the number of Dynamic Bones on an avatar, and customize your limits with a configuration change. Read more about this system in our docs or in our recent Blog post.
Changes to our Notification system to speed up sending/receiving notifications
You can now search Community Labs worlds as long as you've opted-in for Community Labs at least once

Until your friends update their version of VRChat, you will not be able to see them online. Let them know that a new version is available!

If you're a creator, make sure you grab the latest SDK, available at the VRChat Home website.
