new update 1.0.21 has been released

new feature:

water freezing in frost months

bugfixes:
!+ fixed gates building
!+ improved Tramp mode controlling
!+ fixed wrong FREE game information
!+ fixed minimal altitude of camera

improvements:

smeltery: removed iron from building request
balanced probability of fires in buildings
