With this patch we have made the logical behavior of some achivements more linear and fixed other small bugs.

Now the Steam achievement "Survivor" is unlockable even in Explorer mode.
Fixed a bug that showed a different maximum number of lives in Hesperia Citizen difficulty.
Fixed some small bugs.
